How to Book and Make Payment

1. Check that the property you want to book is available and complete the online booking form:

To make a payment please click on one of the following:

I have already paid a deposit and now want to PAY THE BALANCE
I would like to make PAYMENT IN FULL
My departure date is over 3 months away so I would like to PAY A DEPOSIT

2. Once the booking form has been completed you will automatically be taken to the secure payment section. Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received your payment. A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or £100 if higher) of the total rental is required to secure your booking. This can be made by debit or credit card and will be held by Paphos Lettings on behalf of the owner. If your booking is made within 13 weeks of your departure date it must be accompanied by full payment. Payment can be made by debit or credit. There are no surcharges for for deposit payments made by card. There is a surcharge of 2.25% for full payment made by debit or credit card.

3. Once we have receive your completed booking form and payment we will confirm the booking with the owner and send you full confirmation by email. Please note that a booking may not be accepted if it results in a potentially unrentable period between bookings.

4. The balance is due 3 months before travel and can be made by debit card, credit card, bank transfer or by cash or cheque at any branch of Barclays Bank. If payment of the balance only is made by credit or debit card there is a surcharge of 3% and this will automatically be added to the total cost of your booking.

5. Once payment of the balance has been made we will send you final confirmation, directions and key arrangements.
