Total Rental Price

The weekly rates above are in GB£ and are per property and not per person subject to the maximum occupancy. For bookings of more than one week the total rental is calculated based on the number of nights. Air conditioning is included in the price. Where the dates of travel straddle months where the rates differ, the total rental is calculated based on the number of nights that you stay in each price bracket. Where the dates of travel may attract two discounts (ie. last minute discount and long stay discount) only the highest discount will be deducted from the normal rental rate. No special offers apply if the property has been rented on an under occupancy basis

Accidental Damage Waiver*

A non-refundable charge of A non-refundable charge of £7.50 per person for ALL guests .This charge, which is called an Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) is used to cover accidental damage that can occur up to the value of £200 per person. Please note that this waiver does not cover you for negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior and loss of items. The charge per person covers booking up to 28 days duration.

Please note that if the average age of guests is under 30 or your booking is a group of the same sex and ADW is not taken you will be required to pay an additional security deposit of between £100 and £300 depending on the number of guests.

NOTES

After submitting this booking form you will be directed to our secure site to make a deposit payment. A property will not be booked or held until payment is received by Cyprus Lettings and a delay in payment may result in the property being booked by another guest. If you are booking less than 13 weeks from your departure date, after you have paid the deposit and the property is booked, you will receive notification that the balance is due within 5 days.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
The following deposit is due on the total rental of each property:
Accommodation rental cost of £100 to £750 requires £100 deposit
Accommodation rental cost of £751 to £1,250 requires £200 deposit
Accommodation rental cost of £1,251 to £1,750 requires £300 deposit
Accommodation rental cost of £1,751 to £2,500 requires £400 deposit
Accommodation rental cost of £2,501 to £3,500 requires £500 deposit
Accommodation rental cost of £3,500+ requires £800 deposit
Please note that the above deposits are per property. If you are booking more than one property the deposit amount is calculated individually per property

All card charges will show on your card statement as being charged by Worldwide Lettings.
