DETAILS The villa sleeps up to 8 people.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 8 and a dining table and 8 chairs. This area leads onto a large terrace which is partly covered and is furnished with a table and chairs and sun loungers

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a sofabed in the living room that sleeps two.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs

Allocated parking is provided.

The villa has a private swimming pool and large landscaped garden and sun terrace.

Additional features of the villa include a DVD player, local satellite television, CD player, radio, BBQ, X-box with games, safe, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided

The beach, bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk from the villa.

The weekly rates above are in GB£ and are per property and not per person subject to the maximum occupancy.
