The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 5 and dining table and 4 chairs.There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. This area leads onto a very large private pool-facing terrace that is South facing and attracts maximum sunshine. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is an electrically operated awning that covers part of the terrace.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.

The bathroom has a separate power shower and WC.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated over the winter.
