The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 4 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large covered private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and two private sunloungers.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave, hob, toaster and kettle.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes.

The master bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Off-road parking is provided.

The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated over the winter. Both pools are surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. The apartment also has 2 private sunloungers.

The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property.
