The apartment is situated on the second floor with lift access and sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children.

The apartment comprises an air conditioned living/dining room, with a patio door leading out onto a private balcony with a table, parasol and four chairs overlooking the pool. The living room has two double sofa beds with lounge seating for up to six and a dining area with table and four chairs. It also has a ceiling fan.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

There is one air-conditioned twin bedded double bedroom with ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom has additional free standing storage units and two bedside cabinets.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated over the winter. Both pools are surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. The apartment also has 2 private sunloungers.

Additional features of the apartment include a TV for DVDs, DVD player, safe, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property.
