The apartment is situated on the second floor with lift access and sleeps up to 2 people.

The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 4 and dining table and 4 chairs. This area leads onto a large private part-covered balcony which offers mountain views. The balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs and is sheltered from the sun in the morning so is ideal for breakfast time. In the afternoon the balcony attracts the sun.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated over the winter. Both pools are surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. The apartment also has 2 private sunbeds by the pool.

The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment, the harbour 10 minutes and the bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes.
