The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with seating for 4, a dining table and 4 chairs. This area leads onto a large balcony that overlooks the large swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill hob, toaster and kettle.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Covered parking is provided.

The complex has a large swimming pool and baby pool with poolside showers. Communal sunloungers are provided.

Additional features of the property include Sky television and radio, CD player, BBQ, DVD, safe, water cooler, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a cot, high chair and baby seat provided free of charge.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels.

The seafront is a 20-minute walk from the apartment and the bars and restaurants 5-10 minutes.
