The apartment is situated on the second floor and sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 4 and dining table and 4 chairs. This area leads onto a large balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs and offers fantastic pool views.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven and grill and kettle.

There is one air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed. There is a separate double air-bed that sleeps and additional two.

The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Covered parking is provided.

The complex has a large swimming pool and baby pool with showers. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided.

The nearest beach is 20 minutes walk from the property and the bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk. There is an onsite clubhouse and a 24 hour mini-market 100m away. The property is 550m from the coast and there is a regular bus service to Coral Bay beach and the harbour.
