The apartment is situated on the first floor and sleeps up to 4 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with seating for 5, a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a balcony that is furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has two large outdoor swimming pools and an indoor heated pool.
