DETAILS The cottage style terrace is on two levels and sleeps up to 6 people

The house comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with seating for 5, a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a raised terrace furnished with a table and chairs. There is a also a private garden area.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle

The main bedroom has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, a balcony, dressing table, bedside cabinets with lamps. The second bedroom has two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table, a bedside table and lamp There is also a sofabed in the lounge that sleeps an additional two

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs.

Allocated parking is provided.

There is a swimming pool immediately in front of the property that is solely for the use of the 5 houses. Sun loungers are provided.

Additional features of the property include a DVD player, television for DVDs, iron and ironing board

The bars and restaurants are within 100m away and the main beach at Coral Bay is 10 minutes walk from the property which makes this an ideal location.
