The apartment is situated on the first floor and sleeps up to 2 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with additional ceiling fan and furnished to a high standard with leather suite lounge seating for 4 and dining seating for 2. This area leads onto a large pool-facing covered balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs.

The luxury fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, combi microwave oven, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There is a large private roof terrace with seating for 4, two sun loungers and sea views.

There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The bedroom leads onto the balcony.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has a communal swimming pool with poolside shower and WC.

Additional features of the apartment include local satellite TV, DVD, CD music system, safe, iron and ironing board. For the winter months there is an oiled-filled radiator.

Linen is provided but not beach towels

The seafront is a 20-minute walk from the apartment and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes.

The weekly rates above are in GB£ and are per property and not per person subject to the maximum occupancy.
